This property is central to everything. It is right in the heart of the Wanchai wet market and also most bus routes traveling to Kowloon side. It is clean and comfortable

location was walking distance to sogo department store and other places. neighborhood-y feel. easy to find for taxis. oh, and also the staff were excellent. smooth check-in process. spoke english. the grand suite was larger than hk norm so felt more spacious; and oh, there was a tub! most clean. excellent housekeeping. and buffet staff were good. buffet itself was varied, mix of western and eastern. loved their soup offerings which they switched up.

The location was excellent and the staff were helpful. Especially the cleaning staff. They cleaned the two rooms everyday. Hat's off to the cleaning staff for cleaning and changing sheets and towels everyday.

The room size was very comfortable for a single business traveller. Sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast consists of local favourites like dim sum and porridge with condiments.

Location is really good. Service staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was very big (by Hong Kong Standards). Proximity to causeway bay was a PLUS! Tv had many channels. Comforter was extremely good and comfortable. Rooms were very clean. The housekeeping staff were especially helpful and kind - when we requested for an extra blanket. Concierge (Matthew) also gave great advice and helped us with transportation! Thank you!

The suite with sofa bed and small living space was cosy. Kids loved the clean and new bath tub. There are plenty of places to store your belongings. We stayed for 5 nights and were very comfortable. Mattress and pillows were comfortable.The water pressure in shower was great too! Location is about 8 mins walk to Times Square and in between 2 MTRs. Causeway bay and Wan chai. A few eateries around. And 7-11 and cafe just opposite. Housekeeping staff were very polite and prompt with their service. Loved the nespresso machine too!

Surprisingly good, no thrills, ask for high floor and get a nice view, clean functional and good value compared to other HK places, and location is great. Did appreciate the usb ports all around the room as i didnt think of bringing ac adaptors for HK

It was good value in price, in Hong Kong terms. The hotel room itself was nice, and the location is excellent. The food was good for breakfast.
